latest firmware update - monitor not responding

Just yesterday I updated the firmware on my PM4 as instructed by the prompt given when I turned my computer on. This morning, it won't detect my rowing (when I go to "just row" and pull on the handle, nothing happens on the display). I unplugged and replugged in every cable, restarted the PM4, etc. to no avail. I find it very coincidental that this happened the first time I tried to row after updating the firmware. Anyone else having this problem?

Check it's set to the right model of rower.

Main menu --> More options --> Utilities --> LCD Contrast.

Once you're on the LCD Contrast menu press [change units] three times then press [change display] three times to get the hidden menu.

On the hidden menu choose model A, model B/C or model D/E as appropriate.

If it still fails you'll need to call Concept 2.

Hmm, I hadn't tried that. What did do was to remove this install (ver 22 beta 9 I think) and go back to the last non-beta (21) and everything worked fine.
