Erg Chatter - 'application configuration is incorrect'

Hi there,

I've just downloaded Erg Chatter from the concept 2 website and get this error message when I try to open the application:

"This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem"

I've tried reinstalling the application, as an administrator and a user, but I still get the same message.

I am using windows xp professional, I have also installed the software on other computers in our college however, it works on them.

Does anybody have a solution to this problem?
