Avatar size and profile size

Post by Rubix Cube » March 25th, 2006, 11:07 am

I have an Avatar that's 26Kb, not that big i thought but the limit on this forum is 10K.
This is a bit small in my opinion, could this setting be altered? B)
The same goes for the 255 character limit on the signature, it's hard to put the PB's in the signature now without using an image. :D

Hi

My name's John, I'm a kiwi, new to this forum and pretty darned green when it comes to indoor rowing. Just trying to set up an avatar for my profile. Is it just my PC or is the set of forum avatars gallery empty :?:

You have to supply your own image for upload. There is no gallery.

Rubix - For a user on dial-up your avatar would take 4-5 seconds to download. One might wonder what is so important about this image that users should be made to wait so long for it.

HardGainer - We don't have any stock images, I'm afraid, but if you find a good resource let me know!

The same thing happened to me.

A link to my PB's wouldn't fit.

An image was the only way that I was able to post them.
