Adding a Table to a Signature

Post by IMHester » May 2nd, 2017, 4:51 pm

Hello All:

I was wondering how to create a table to add into your signature with your PBs and SBs in the forum like a lot of users have. I found a bb code generator online but didn't display the table, only the coding.

Any advice appreciated, Thank You!

Chris, here's one at Free Spirits Rowing: http://www.freespiritsrowing.com/fs/signatures/
Custom background, divider, border colors, season best calculated as percentage of PB.

The CTC make_image is stored in your search history so wiping that means re-entering ALL the numbers the next time you update even one time or distance. The FRS siggy line generator stores your numbers on site avoiding the busywork and tedium of redos. You'll need to register on the FRS forum which is interesting reading whether or not you use the generator.

Sorry to jump on this thread but thought it was better than creating a new one. I'm trying to add an image of my PB's to my signature and it won't let me.

It displays an error ............ It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image.

Is this because I'm a newbie to the forum?

thanks.

Hi Milo:

It's been awhile since I visited this thread but I do remember there's a way through Excel to create an image right out of the program. I forgot the process but I believe the image needs to be stored online on a permanent basis so the coding through this bulletin board program has something to reference.

I'll take a look this weekend and see if I can find out how I did my own. The other two suggestions above work also.

http://c2ctc.com/make_image.php still works and gives you the stuff to cut and paste into your forum signature.

Thanks guys,

I've tried the Free Spirits one and it comes up with the following error.

"It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image."

I'll try the other one now! Looks like that has worked. Had hoped to get the PB year in and SB but this is much better than nothing! Thanks again.
