Ignore User feature

after many requests i've added the code to allow for easy 'ignore user' functionality - by clicking 'ignore user' you'll no longer see the posts by a particular user - instead their posts will be replaced by the text

"you've chosen to ignore this user".

careful using this function - as i can't yet figure out how to 'unignore' someone...

<update - pretty easy to unignore - just click on the link for ignored users. from there you can add or remove people from your ignore list>

One forumite can safely be ignored. No need to be able to undo that

How do I get the link to the ignore list?

find a post where your 'ignored' user is present - then click on the bold word "IGNORED" - this will take you to the page showing the users you have chosen to ignore.
