Dean, EliteHRV calculate their HRV score by multiplying LnRMSSD x 15.38. Most apps choose to multiply it by 20. (If you were thinking your score seemed low).

Your data suggests you're doing just fine for all your many years. :D
Do you take the measure lying down?
Mine this am:

HR 59
HRV 63
RMSSD 61.78
LnRMSSD 4.12
SDNN 82.75
NN50 54
PNN50 36.7%

Have you tried taking a reading while exercising?

I have. The results are pretty wild. Sometimes it responds as you think it should; sometimes it drops spectacularly to 1 at very low levels of exertion. I've also had it go up as exertion levels were going up. Bit weird.

And a shame because I had a quick look at the literature re HRV and lactate and there are quite a lot of studies indicating a very clear and dependable association:

I've contacted the good folk at Elitehrv to see if they have any ideas (about the weird exercise readings).

Not tried that, but I did read an article about hashimoto (had it nearly 5 years now) and hrv readings. Does have done impact, anti stress therapy is recommended.
