Heart Rate Chest Belt Receiver and Kit Does Not Fit PM3

I just purchased the Heart Rate kit for my dad who has a brand new Model - D Rower with the PM3 but where it is supposed to plug in to the monitor it does not fit. The hole in the monitor is bigger than the plug in on the receiver and it just falls right back out. Does this kit not work with newer rowers? Thanks!

At the bottom right hand side of the front of the monitor there's three (just below the BACK/MENU button) sockets

2.5mm jack for the flywheel sensor
USB-B (square USB) so you can hookup a laptop, PC or Mac
3.5mm jack

The HR interface goes in the 3.5mm jack.

Yes, thanks. I am embarrassed to say that my dad was trying to plug it in on the back of the monitor instead of the bottom. Hard to diagnose when you're 3,000 miles apart! Regardless, he has it plugged in properly now. Thanks!
