CODE 50 DRAG FACTOR ON PM4 MONITOR
Machine only 45days old and monitor last 2 of 3 workouts showing some bad data about 1/2 - 3/4 way through row. I got a CD 50 Drag Factor...Worked out yesterday no issue. Advised to call C2 Tech...anyone had this before?

Code 50 means that something is not allowing the monitor to compute the drag factor correctly on multiple consecutive strokes:
- Fan is still wrapped in plastic wrap
- Too high a stroke rate (does not run down enough)
- Wrong model tyhpe (check the "Product ID" page and make sure it says "Model D/E" if you have a Model D or Model E
