Resetting Hardware

I just bought a PM4 and in the process of setting it up with my Mac the software froze and the monitor froze as well. I tried a hardware reset on the monitor and it has been resetting for hours. Any ideas?

Remove the battery for at least 30 minutes - best bet is over night. Then replace it and activate the reset switch with a ball-point pen.

If it still doesn't work call Concept2 for support.
