Change the date of a workout
Re: Change the date of a workout
This brings up the point the if you are using your logcard in a strange erg, it is necessary to check the date ahead of time. I did this at both the Beach Sprints and on the practice machines in the hotel in Boston. On both occasions I found machines that had to have the date/time reset. I also checked out the practice erg that I used at the CRASH-Bs, but that one was O.K. The ergs used for racing at satellite regattas and the C-Bs are all connected up to master computers, so there is no need to check and you couldn't do it if you wanted to.Donald wrote:Is there any way to change the date of a workout on a logcard. Even on your own erg, if you are doing a critical time trial, it is probably a good idea to make sure that it hasn't somehow shifted the date/time setting. One of our computers occasionally pops up with a phony date, so I consider the possibility that this could happen to a PM as well.

P.S. Incidentally, If you have backed up your logcard to a spread sheet, you can probably make the change in the spread sheet, so that you will have it correct on your own records. For verified ranking, you are stuck with the faulty date. B.
