PM3 Verification code

Can someone explain to me how I access the verification code on the PM3 for a given piece I just rowed? Or a link to an explanation? Thanks.

View the workout details screen. (By pressing the magnifying glass button from the list of workouts by date.)

Then press the fourth grey button (from the top) twice and the vfy code will appear.

I hope that makes sense.
