My splits are higher than they should be

Hello, I have noticed that my splits on my personal erg are higher than they are on other ergs such as my school's ergs.
I usually steady state at 2:05-2:10 easily at school but have trouble getting past 2:10 at home with the same pressure. I recently did multiple 1ks on the same day on a school erg with a 1:45 average split on most of them with no prep at about a 30 stroke rate, and today I tried to do a 1k and I couldn't get past 1:47 with a 32-34 stroke rate and a lot more pressure.
I think it's a chain issue because it doesn't feel too smooth when taking a new stroke, but I already oiled the chain and changed the pulleys, so I have no idea how fix this. I know my drag factor is the same as any other erg I use, and it's not because I'm tired because I've had this issue for months.
Anyone know what I can try to fix this?
