Rower Clicking Noise

Hello,

I’ve had my RowErg for 3 days and it is making a clicking noise when I row. How do I fix it (please see video link below).

Maybe you have a piece of styrofoam from the packaging stuck in the flywheel area.

I had a clicking in mine the other day and then it went away. First time and I've had mine for over 5 years. See if it is still clicking, and if so reach out to C2. Would love to know what the solution was if you do reach out.
