Hi all, I have a 15” screen mounted on the tablet holder that came with my RowErg (purchased 2022). The monitor arm is leaning forward and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to tighten it. I have tried holding one end of the bolt holding it in place with a pair of pliers and tightening the other, with no success.
I saw a diagram online with instructions on adjusting the arm but it seems to be an older version that does not match the arm on my machine. (

Would be grateful for any advice!

You need a 9/16" wrench, or two. On the machine end of the monitor arm, you need two. On the monitor end of the arm the head of the bolt is held in the arm, you need the 9/16" wrench on the other side.

That's a lot of weight for a pivot-friction-held cantilever arm. I'm not sure that any amount of tightening will be satisfactory, but your can try. You might break the platic core if you tighten too much.
I can think of alternative solutions, but they aren't all that pretty. One is a bungee cord on the back spine attached near the monitor and perhaps around the top of the front leg. Another is to install a counterweight: Something like an ordinary hammer with handle strapped to the cantilever, and head hanging as far as possible away from the screen.

Worked perfectly, thank you! Just needed a bit of tightening.
