I have been using a Concept2 rower for years and, due to gym lockdowns due to COVID-19, have recently purchased my own rower. I'm taking a more involved approach now since this is my MY rower and not the public's so I want to learn how to use it more effectively. Is there any explanation of the various options on the PM5? Specifically, what do the different displays/units mean? How can I use that knowledge to train more effectively? And, how the heck do you play the games?
