Is there no way to transfer all my rows to a USB device? I only see a 1 by 1 option and that will take too much time. Is there a way I can quickly transfer all workouts to my USB?

There isn't.

If your USB stick is inserted before you start a workout it will be automatically recorded on there and not in PM5 memory.
