Purchased a brand new model d indoor rower froM concept about 3 weeks ago. Since then the flywheel (or so it appears) is making a scraping noise when speeding up and and even louder when it slows down.
Contacting concept tomorrow but just wondering if anyone has had the some issue and what was causing it?

Have you removed the cover to take a look? I'd try that.

possibly a flywheel balancing weight has fallen off inside the cage.
