My PM5 doesn't update firmware

I have a PM5 and got the error Dispositivo usb sobrecargado!
hard dault Err - 10001750
I have read that if I update de firmware It will fix it
However I try with a usb 7 gigas formated with fat and the PM% simply doesn't regonized ... I have tryed many times with others usb but I don't know what else todo. I have restored the system getting aout batteries but I always get tha same error. USB overloaded.
What Can I do?

Factory default reset it and connect it to a PC via a USB printer cable it has to work using the concept 2 update utility.

Yes I agree do the cable option to your laptop. You can buy the printer cable on amazon for 6 bucks. Usb also didn’t work and I try many times. Contact support as well not worth that trouble. Once I connected cable to laptop was able to update firmware on rower and bike.
