Clunk/bump near end of pull

I just started getting a "clunk" sound (and you can feel it in the handle) at the very end of the pull. This is an early Model D and the only thing i have replaced so far are the top seat rollers so I'm more than willing/ready to replace some parts. Any idea what might be causing it? Shock cord? Pulleys?
