Hi all,
I've got a Model C fitted with a PM5 and was wondering if anyone has managed to retrofit a Model D power generator to a Model C?
I'd like to not have to worry about batteries and I'm keen to see if anyone has done it.

It's not possible. It's not compatible with the model C.

Re: Model C Power Generator Retrofit
Not really needed the later version of the PM4 is so low power a set of Energizer Alkaline batteries could last you 2 years anyway. The PM5 because of the backlight display will not fully self power anyway. Just use a mains power cellphone charger with the right USB printer cable plugged into it and the batteries will last forever.
If you get some rowing software and the monitor is always plugged into a PC or laptop then problem solved.
