Hi guys,
Just got a C2 with PM5 and now I've got the bug (and haven't died yet due to the exercise!!) I'm thinking of getting a heart rate monitor to maximise my fat burning zone - which is my current main objective, weight loss.
So a couple of questions, what do you recommend as a (cheapish) but robust heart monitor to use whilst I work out?
And secondly how will I connect it to my i-phone / i-pad / PM5 whilst doing my workout and will it be visible?
I use my i-pad as a second screen and monitor my workouts, as I have a table to my side - or is there a holder that could take my i-phone for ease of use?
Thanks for reading,
Neil.

Re: Heart monitor
You can connect any ANT+ HRM to the PM5. This includes the cheapest Garmin HRMs.
When you have connected it to the PM5, your heart rate will show up on the PM5's screen and in Ergdata (which I suppose you use now on your phone or Ipad), and it will be recorded together with the other training data.
Anyway, if you want to optimise fat burning, you can probably come quite close by training at 50-60% of your 2k race watts.

Wahoo Tickr ordered. Yes I connect through ErgData via my iPad to track exercises, so having the heart monitor as well will help me stay in the fat burning zone.
