ERGdata for iOS

Hi everyone.

I'm new here. I have uploaded my workout today onto my logbook and looking at it I can't see the graph on the workout. However, on old logbook entries, (mainly last week!) the graph is shown. I did look at my workout from the memory on the pm5. I wouldn't have thought that might have done something?

Any ideas what's happened?

Many thanks.

You only get the graph when Ergdata is recording the data. There's not enough PM5 memory to collect that stuff.

how do I know its recording data? I do use the app, is there something I have done from the pm5?

No, it's automatic. The graph appears when you use Ergdata to load the data to https://log.concept2.com

Same thing happened to me tonight, and this other user: viewtopic.php?f=33&t=185127

Sounds like a few people hitting the same bug

I am experiencing the same thing. I've been using ErgData for a long while and it always has uploaded the detail for my workouts except today. The detailed graph is missing as is the button to download a csv/txt of the data. The graph and buttons to download are there for all my other workouts this year. I do not recall doing anything different today.

I sent an email to concept2 last night. Hoping for a reply later.

Did a work out today and the same thing and I also tried the other machines in the gym, Logged there workout and no graph or export buttons. Nothing has changed on my usual machine, apart from new batteries! Thought it might have been a battery issue.

Had a response from customer support.

and it reads this:

'Apologies for the issue - there's a bit of a (one-off) delay in graphs getting uploaded. It may take a few more hours, but eventually it will appear.'

Asked if it was a server issue and the response was:

'Effectively yes. A temporary block in handling queued messages.'
