How do i save my workouts from an pm3 indordne Roger?

I am used to ergdata but have changed gym and they only have pm3.

For PM3 with an Android phone you need a microUSB OTG adapter and a USB-A to USB-B printer cable.

If you have an iPhone your choices are different.
