PM5 gives wierd data

Post by RayRow » May 29th, 2018, 11:23 am

Since recently my Concept2 rower monitor PM5 gives strange data at the end of a workout like 0:13 sec/500m for pace, or over 4.500.000 kilometre. Firmware is up-to-date.This happens especially when I stop rowing for about 5 seconds and then continue.
Any ideas or solution?

What model of rower is it mounted on?
What model is it configured for?

It is to do with configuration as Citroen says. I had the same thing on a rower on a cruise about ten years ago. I apparently broke World records for any age group at 65+. I posted screen shots of the monitor readout which some people seemed to take seriously.

C2 will be able to tell you how to fix it I think.
