I have two Concept2 Rowers at home with PM5's and my ErgData App works perfectly with either.

At my local CrossFit Box we have 8 rowers with PM5s all have been updated and two ones that were recently work perfectly however the others run into an issue.

When rowing the ergData app will just freeze, however, the PM5 will continue. So you can get your row data from the memory funtion on the PM5 at least. This is not unique to me, it happens to other members and everyone has current updated versions of the app on their iPhones or andriods

Anyone else having experienced this issue have any suggestions? It's extremely frustrating that is for sure.

This happens to me constantly - I can't get through a full workout without it freezing. It's happens using both an iPhone6 and 8 Plus. The PM5 keeps working, as does the connection to my Vivoactive 3. I'm pretty much at wits end with this.
