I have bought another Model D (PM5) at our summer house. Is it possible to sync it with the same account I am using at home? And if so, how is this gonna work?

Get firmware V22 running on both PM5s. Get ergdata running on your phone. Ergdata doesn't care which PM5 is connected.

Or if you can't do that, get the data on a USB stick and upload using your laptop.

I'll second that. I've trained on ERGs in gyms and hotels all over the world. I've used my USB stick in those which actually have a PM5 (very few) or photographed the display (and verification code!) with my mobile phone, to upload from the laptop later.

Take a USB stick with V22 firmware into the gym and in eight minutes the PM5 will work with Ergdata using BTLE. I did that to a hotel PM5 running V15.
