concept 2 Model D Pm4 black from Rouge fitness

Is Rouge Fitness Concept 2 Model D PM4 new or refurbished ? They are selling cheaper then concept 2 website : $974.00 plus $40.00 shipping.
Has anyone have any problem with them when receiving the rower? how is their customer service? would Concept 2 match their price ? If so I will buy it from concept 2 website and buy others accessories so I can save shipping at the same time.
Sold my used concept 2 model C Pm3 with cover - bought it for $350.00 and flip it for $600.00.

It's possible that it's used. Rogue partners with CrossFit and they just got done with regional events all around the world so they might be selling those units at a slight discount. I also see two listings (below) which could be for new and used for the weekend. Why not call Rogue and ask?

Rogue Fitness is an authorized C2 resller catering to the CrossFit gym community that will accept orders from any buyer. Should be a new in box factory warranty rower: Model D w/PM3 = $889 delivered against $945 delivered from C2. Model D w/PM4 you've already indicated.

Received rower two business days after order. Shipped from Columbus OH to SC. No issues.
