Interesting addition to C2

Post by simdim » May 17th, 2012, 12:28 pm

Folks,
Just stumbled into an interesting product enhancement for C2 rower shox-box (http://www.shoxbox.biz) on a surface it looks intriguing, just wondering if any one had tried it and if it does work well I would put it to the same wish list as rails. The notion of adding balancing may add a good training aspect, but I am a bit sceptical on the longevity of springs and how it affects overall dynamics.

Cheers,

Simon

P.S. I have absolutely no affiliation with that company.

Looks like it has a similar goal to the well-known Core-Perform aftermarket C2 seat. This has the advantage that it does not change seat height, but obviously it has some disadvantages too.

The purpose and effect is different then the core perform. Do a search on this site: the Shox-Box it has been discussed several times.
