I have been having difficulty uploading workouts using the C2 Utility on my MacBook Pro. I usually have to restart the C2 Utility and disconnect and reconnect the PM3 to the computer a few times before it will upload. Problem 1 is that it won't sync with my online log, Problem 2 is that appears to have synced, but won't upload.
MacBook Pro running OS 10.6.8
C2 Utility V 6.41
PM3 Firmware version 105, Hardware version 202
Any ideas on what could be going wrong?

I can't answer your question, but you can get around it by transferring the data from the card to your computer using a card reader. Of course that is an extra expense, but not a big one, and it gives you the flexibility to use your card in other machines if you are away from your own.

Once you've done the obvious, check that your C2 logbook ID is a) correct and b) you've got the right CaSe SeNsItiVe password entered then I'd recommend contacting C2US at 800.245.5676 (US/Canada) or sending an email to rowing@concept2.com.
Re: Difficulty uploading with MacBook Pro
It seems to be a communication problem between the C2 Utility and the on-line logbook. The C2 Utility is talking to the PM3. My workouts come up on the computer screen. It has my correct ID. But it has problems syncing with the on-line logbook and when it does, it sometimes won't upload the new workouts, even though it says "Ready to Upload". When I restart the C2 Utility several times - doing everything exactly the same each time, it will eventually work.

Click the SETTINGS button. Check that it has your correct C2 LogBook ranking ID #.
