Noise on the Drive

I have a "ratcheting" type noise only on the drive portion of the stroke. My Model D is about 4 years old, and is not used that often. I assume it to be the "one way bearing" that is mentioned quite often in the Forums. The schematic shows 2 bearings, a 17mm (item 54) and bearing R8 (item 56). Which one of these is the "one way bearing," or should I just replace them both? Is there any other preventative maintenance that should be attempted while the flywheel is off? Also, my mechanical skills are fairly inadequate. Is this a difficult repair to make? Sorry for all the questions, and thanks in advance.

I had a similar sounding problem with a new model D. The problem was a screw that had lost it's nut and was loose behind the flywheel. I found the nut on the floor under the rower. Concept2's service page provided instructions on removing the flywheel along with a parts schematic that showed me where the screw belonged. Fixing the problem was easy.

Well bugger... that explains the nut I found a few weeks ago, but I have no idea what I've done with it since
