I usually do one 30min piece and log it using the ErgLog iPhone app, which syncs to the Concept2 Logbook, but I'd like to start doing intervals.
How should I log these - as 6 different 500m pieces each with its own time, or as one 3000m piece with an overall time?
I see you can programme interval training in to the monitor. Does that take care of this - i.e. it gives you an overall distance and time at the end of the intervals, ignoring the rest periods?

I usually just log total session kilometers and total session time on the on-line logbook, having other means to look up session details in the future.
Only exception is when one of the intervals is good enough to achieve a ranking.
