Generator Assembly Rattling

I recently bought a used Model D on eBay. It arrived disassembled into individual pieces (not just the two pieces + legs it's supposed to come as) in a beaten up box, missing many screws. It may have been damaged by FedEx on the way; they did stick a note onto it suggesting that. After a while working out how to assemble the thing and buying a bunch of new screws from the hardware store, I got it together.

It works fine, but there was one problem: a clicking sound on each spin of the flywheel. It was most noticeable in the few minutes after I finished pulling. I pulled out the flywheel to get a look and found out that the problem was that the generator and attached circuit board behind the flywheel are rattling. I put a piece of tape on it to hold it down and the sound is gone now, but I"m concerned as this obviously isn't a permanent solution. What is supposed to hold the generator assembly down? I'm thinking I'm missing some screws somewhere or something; the only related screws I have are the two Phillips screws that hold down the plastic generator cover.

EDIT: The shipment was insured so if this is something unfixable I can get FedEx to give me my money back. Please let me know soon.

This is not an unusual circumstance that is sometimes encountered in test rowing of new machines and is usually fixed by snugging the two case screws down another 1/4 turn or so. If that doesn't do it your tape solution to tighten up the fit of the Generator inside the plastics is ok. C2JonW
