Hello,
Just a quick information request; Can someone please list the 3 variable workout details that are stored by default in the PM's Custom list? I have since long overwritten mine and do not want to reset to defaults if I can help it but wanted to know the details of those 3 workouts from someone that may have them on their PM please.
Also, can anyone tell me if the standard and custom list workouts as supplied on a SkiErg PM differ from those shipped on the standard PM?

Hi Steve, sorry to not to reply earlier - couldn't get near the PM at the right time.
the 3 variable sessions are:
1 minute/1'r, then 2'/2'r, 3'/3'r, 4'/4'r, 3'/3'r, 2'/2'r, 1'/1'r
2000m/3'r then 1500m/3'r, 1000/3'r then 500m
9x 1:40/20"r with 2 minutes after the 5th rather then the 20"
don't know about the ski erg I am afraid

Many thanks for the info
Can I just confirm please that on that first variable interval set that there is a trailing 1 minute rest? Seems a bit odd to me that this might be present but if it is there then just want to make sure.
No worries about the SkiErg query. I suppose I should have posted that as a separate question within the SkiErg forum which I will do if there are no further responses to this post in that regard.
Once again, many thanks for taking the time to get that info for me.

yes for some reason there is a 1minute rest after the last active 1 minute on the display but obviously no real need for it.
