Small Vibration on Rower

I've tried posting this on the UK forum with no joy, so hoping you guys can help.
There's a small vibration on my Model D/PM4, that happens at the start of the recovery.
Just when I release the handle away from my body, there's a small judder, the PM4 shakes slightly, then is fine for the rest of the stroke.
Any ideas? machine is 12 months old (just acquired it) and has 120k lifetime meters. Chain is in good condition & just been lubricated.
Could it be Bearing? Flywheel?
