Customer service informed me this morning that they are waiting for Apple to approve the update. They are expecting this to happen by 12/10/14. Hopefully, that will fix the problem...

Exact same problems with an iPhone 6+. Firmware will NOT update, period. This isn't "buggy software", it is NON-WORKING.
As previous poster said, $35 for the cable (outrageous), and then I had to buy the Apple Certified 30 pin to Lightning adapter (another $20), plus a cable, as the adapter won't plug in due to my case design, and IT STILL DOESN'T WORK.
Shame on you Concept2. It will be a while before I sing your praises.

The updated app is out - and it appears that it WORKS!
