Nothing wrong with DF 100. But if you want lower, block some of the airflow to or from the flywheel. See above.

You're living in the wrong place! Move to one of the Rocky Mountain States. DF still too high? Try Cuzco! :D

Clean flywheels give higher drag! If you get a C-Breeze this lowers the drag by a bit and directs the airflow onto you for cooling. Otherwise need to restrict the airflow somehow.
