Anybody out there who has experienced conection problems with their PM3.

The socket (USB cable) seems to have detached itself within the PM3.

I had the same problem and eventually replaced the PM3.Couldn't get a replacement PCB or get someone to solder it back on for me.

Think it was constant fit / remove of the lead and occaisionally tripping over the lead when stumbling around after a workout.

Sorry I couldn't be more positive and tell you an easy fix.

I think it is a known defect with the PM3 that C2 will replace. This was several years ago when the PM3 first came out (so I would guess yours is old). At one point I think someone from C2 acknowledged this problem here on the forum and said they had had a bad run, and that the problem was fixed.

So give customer service a call.

I had the same problem a month ago. C2 made me pay for the replacement (with a $50 credit of the old unit). The screen on the replacement flickers.
