Mine didn't work and I took it apart and cleaned it per the instructions here: http://www.concept2.com/us/support/manu ... sembly.pdf

Voila! It worked!

It's much easier to do than the directions make it seem.

Give this a try if you haven't.

Two weeks ago I would have had one for you, but it got tossed in with the sale of my model B and pm2+.
