PM2 Monitor Support - Monitor Stays on Zero

Hello! I recently replaced the monitor pickup on my rower (~4 months ago), but a few weeks ago the monitor went back to staying on zero. I noticed some small leaking of battery acid and was able to clean up the board, but still not able to see any response from the monitor. Any guidance on which contacts or resistors to test would be greatly appreciated!!

The +3V and the +1.25V is not getting to the top of the board via the two 100 Ohm resistors under the bottom right battery terminal.
