My ergdata app can not sync my data

Hi，I am an user from China and I just bougt a RowErg as a birthday gift.But now I found something wrong with the ergdata app.When I finish a workout and want to save my workout in the logbook, it shows my data is not syncing and I can not save it in my logbook.But when I use the ergdata app in my ipad，it is ok.So does anyone know where the problem is？ Why I can not sync my workout data and save it in the logbook with ergdata app in my iPhone？It is an iPhone 14 Promax which I am using now.
