"Workout failed to save"

I'm getting this message today from the app after a workout. Is there a fix for it? I haven't seen it before and I'm not finding any solutions online. Google search does bring up a short reddit thread today of people with the same problem. Is it a system-wide issue with the app?

Just started getting this myself on March 30. Multiple workouts failed to save and can't find a solution.

I am at firmware version 215. Wondering if there is an update that might address this.

Reinstalled latest firmware. Problem seems to be gone (for now).

Something jenky has happened. I had a dickens of a time trying to save workouts (as others have noted) and now my phone (running ErgData) no longer automagically connects to my PM5 monitor.

I have reinstalled the firmware, deleted and reinstalled ErgData on my phone...holding my breath after each workout
