Hi Folks,

First post!

I may be posting this incorrectly, please forgive me. My C2 ships tomorrow. I am adding the seating cushion. However, from what I am reading and given my bony rear, I don't think it is going to be nearly enough. I also was an avid bike rider (before the invention of the wheel :-)) and needed the spring-loaded seat-stem, cushion seat, and Gelco pad and still suffered after 10 miles. I am 5 11, 190lbs, 60 yo (should be 175 hence the C2 purchase) I do have a good budget, so is there a consensus on a good cushion?
I am also guessing that Velcro or double stick tape can overcome the sliding.

Thank you very much,

After much experimenting, I finally found that the combo of the Citius Remex with a Vapor seat cover is perfect for me. Not a cheap option but I can now row for as long as I want without any discomfort at all.

I'm using a c2 pad on top of a crewroom (gel) seat pad - neither so far have slid around on me when sat on them without any fixatives to the seat itself.

I don't need anything, but I've always heard a consensus on the Citius Remex as being possibly the best option.
