Drag factor missing in logbook

Post by HowardF » March 13th, 2023, 9:49 am

Hi,

When I look into the web logbook https://log.concept2.com/profile and I see that the Drag Factor is not there anymore.

The Drag factor is not in the app logbook but when I do rowing is see it live.

My phone is Iphone 12 with IOS version 16.3.1

Any suggestion for what to do to fix it ?

A fast reply from support team;

Thank you for contacting Concept2 about this. This is a bug that was recently discovered in the ErgData app. The app developers will fix this bug in a future app update. If your apps are set to auto-update then you should get the fix automatically once it's released.

Thanks for following up and posting. Nothing is more disappointing that finding a thread that exactly matches your problem, is 18 months old and has no posted resolution.

Drag factor returned on April 1 and not due to anything I did. It just started showing up in the piece stats again.

Currently drag factor is missing for "just row" and current Android ergdata. Pre-programmed sessions like 60min have it included.
Wrote a mail to concept2, next update should sort it out.
