PM3

Post by S7oco1 » January 14th, 2023, 8:36 am

The workout of the day uses calories to burn rather than distance or time. Can this be done on the PM3 as seem only to have distance or time choices when trying to set up variable intervals.
TIA.

The mail I got from C2 for that Calorie WO said hit these buttons:

All Machines:

PM3/PM4: B-D-E-B-3A-2B-E-B-C-E-B-C-E-B-C-E-B-C-2E

I usually load the WOD from the mail through the phone using ergdata, which loads it to PM if connected.

PM3 only works with old ergdata and this does not provide the WOD, it's only a feature of the new ergdata version.
