Noice Canceling (ANC) Ear Buds

Hi everyone,

I am looking for ear buds to reduce the noice I hear, especially when rowing longer.
They should have active noice canceling (ANC), maybe a small wing to hold it better inside my ear (no over-ear wing since this would probably press against my glasses).
Do you have experience with this regarding the effectiveness of ANC (rowing noice is about 74 db) and can you recommend ANC ear buds with reasonable pricing?
