Slides or no slides

Post by ericallenboyd » October 26th, 2015, 1:07 pm

Wondering how many people actually use the slides with their concept 2? I know by looking at them you need quite a bit of room. I am not unhappy without the slides but just a question that I have been wondering about.

I have used slides for about a month. I tried them a few years ago at the HOCR. They give me a better simulation of the feel of a boat and I get the same muscle soreness. My system includes a set of Shox Boxes. So I have to balance as well.

Obviously old post but I'm hoping for a response from Jim or others who still have shox boxes. Before they went out of business I believe Shox Box had a way of mounting the boxes on Concept 2 slides, and from Jim's post I gather that he had that feature and/or was able to do that. Does anyone know if there's a way to mount the boxes on the slides now?
