PM5 error init 970

Hello,
My PM5 displays the following error message:
PM init error: 970
have you ever run into this problem and know how to fix it?

First update your PM5 to the latest firmware. https://www.concept2.com/service/monitors/pm5/firmware

If that doesn't fix it then send an email to rowing@concept2.com and ask them to help. The PM5 error codes are not documented.

Update the firmware then factory default reset it.
