Recover deleted workout from logbook?

Post by SplashingDad » February 14th, 2021, 3:33 pm

Hi all,
First post, be kind :-)
I've had the rower+PM3 for a while but only now connecting to the online logbook.
Did my workout, moved workout to card and connected with laptop, then uploaded to the online logbook.
Missed a step connecting to Strava, so deleted workout from online logbook (still exists on the card) but now I can't re-upload it, or un-delete it.

Is there a fix? The workout still exists on the card but won't re-upload as it knows it has been uploaded once (but doesn't know it got deleted...)

Secondary question, where in the online logbook (or laptop utility) can you download a .fit file? I could only find .csv...

Many thanks,
Tim.

Send an email to rowing@concept2.com to get your logbook fixed.

Hi Tim,

Goto the main log page. It will show a list of workouts. In the list for each entry there is a magnifying glass icon. Click on that icon for the workout you want to export as a FIT file. (If the workout is not in the short list, click SEASON above the list for a complete list of workouts, then find the workout and click on the magnifying glass icon)

After you click the icon you are on a page with a workout graph and a table of splits. Under the table of splits is a small section called "Download Stroke Data".

To export the workout as a FIT file you click the FIT button in the "Download Stroke Data" section.

There is no way I found to bulk download multiple workloads, so you need to download one at a time.
