Rogue Workout stuck in PM5 memory

Post by chama9876 » February 4th, 2021, 12:36 pm

hi all.

I have a workout stuck in my PM5 which when I try and backup the logbook it says that it is unable to upload to my logbook. is there a way I can delete said workout from the memory?

I have backed up the logbook and reset the monitor and then restored my backup and its STILL there!

thanks

1. Upgrade your PM5 firmware

2. Run a factory reset for your upgraded PM5

Did you see if the stuck workout was there after "reset the monitor" and before you "restored the backup" ?

If the workout was not there before the restore, and was there after your restored your backup then it may be coming from the backup. Maybe the "unable to upload to logbook" message is not be 100% correct, and parts of a workout got saved and later restored.
