Hi
I'm trying to get my Garmin watch HRM to sync with the PM5 or Ergdata app, is that possible? I've tried all ways imaginable to get them all to speak to one another but failing miserably. If anyone has managed to use a Garmin watch with a Concept2, in any way at all, I'd love to know how you did it.
Thanks!

Re: Garmin Forerunner 645 HRM + PM5
I have recently bought a PM5 to replace PM3.
But I am facing many problems to connect any device by BlueTooth.
I have a Garmin 645, a windows laptop, a Lenovo tablet and a Nokia android phone. Apps I use are Ergdata or EXR.
All devices recognize the PM and sometimes it says "connected". But most of the time a steady connection is not the result.

Not a lot of Bluetooth issues reported here once people are connected. e.g. no drops. So if "steady connection is not the result." means you connect OK but then lose the connection that is rare. There are reported Bluetooth connection issues. I normally pause the music on my bluetooth headset when connecting the PM5. (Unrelated to the PM5, I also sometimes have to cycle my bluetooth headset to get it to connect to my phone. Bluetooth is not perfect.)hanshul wrote: ↑January 30th, 2021, 7:54 amI have recently bought a PM5 to replace PM3.

Suggest you try connecting ergdata to the PM5 at a low use time of day when there are apt to be less other devices active. For me, I love my invertor Microwave oven, but the oven blasts the 2.4 ghz frequency and kills bluetooth and 2.4 ghz wireless. (not a bad oven, its a known problem with invertor tech on microwaves). If the problem always happen call concept. If the problem only happens sometimes then look for environmental problems and how you can mitigate them.
If the problem is getting the connection made AFAIK you just have to live with it.
